I had a plan to visit that restaurant with a great view a long time ago. The taco salad was delicious and served in a large amount, with an amazing waitress and nice waiter. I understand that it's not advisable to order coffee, it's just a regular.
The entire experience was positive called for a reservation same night, greeted positively when told it was a b-day celebration * got a window table, great view! Our dining area was not crowded on a Thursday @ 7:45. Food was delicious and generous portions! The French bread was soft & accompanied by butter packets. Server was attentive and friendly. They helped take pictures we were not rushed at all. Enjoyed the sunset! Highly recommend
the French fries were so good! I never tasted fries this good, anywhere! I ordered the fish and chips with calamari as the appetizer. we walked in sat down with no wait and it was around lunch hour too. beautiful view of the delta with great service.
Came here for the first time with my husband and our friend. The food was very delicious, although we did wait a bit long for our food, but overall we had a good experience.
Love this place! Great location and views. Friendly and warm. Very fast service. We had the calamari (good) and the petrale sole (very good). Fine beer menu. Recommended.

The food was delicious and I gave five stars across the board. But there was 8 of us with a hefty bill. Over 700. This is what I call a good customers. The waitress failed to tell us that the gratuity was automatically added. We told her that there was a problem with the percentage on the charge card and literally double tipped her 120 on top of the 18 percent taken out. She never told us that the tip was charged. So the server stole from us and lied about what happened. She told her manager we would offered her extra. The manager defended the staff when the server was being sneaky to fill her own pockets essentially stealing from customers. This is the type of behavior that employees do that the ownership never gets to hear about. We had to go back twice to get the correct amount of money back. We are visiting Napa from four different states and it’s sad that a staff member would treat nice people this way.
Another tradition and treasure in downtown Benicia. Beautiful views from the upstairs bar, outside seating on the deck, friendly service and consistently delicious food at moderate prices. Just a great place to sit at the bar alone or with friends.
